Can I send my digital pages for print on TCS products?
Yes. Our customed printing allows you to send TCS your jpg. file at 300 DPI and we will put it on a item of your choice. Currently, TCS offers prints on T-shirts, mousepads, pillows, and tote-bags.
Does my Digital file have to be a 8.5x11 page?
No. We specialize in all sizes up to 8.5x11 scrap pages. Check back with us, we will soon print 12x12 pages.
Will my print peal off in the wash?
No. We stand behind the quality of our prints. Each garment item is sent with washing instructions. Following those instructions will keep the item vibrant.
How to I make sure I get the right size for the custom jewelry?
Our jewelry comes in many sizes. We recommend measuring previously owned jewelry or measuring a piece of yarn for accuracy.
What is your shipping time?
Once we get your order, it goes immediately into cue. We guarantee you will receive your merchandise in 3-5 business days. Shipment time may vary on customized items.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No. You can order as many or as few items as you like. We only have a minimum order requirement when it comes to our customized items.
I have a scrap retreat. Do you customize shirts?
Yes. TCS welcomes your business for customized shirts. We gather YOUR ideas, and design three samples for you to choose from. Our only requirement is a 10 shirt minimum along with a $20 designers fee.
